FACES "Fostering a Culture of Empowerment" Scholarship

Professor Mark Horwitz, PhD, MSW, JD in the department of Social Work along with his wife Julia Moss, and their children established the FACES Scholarship: “Fostering a Culture of Empowerment” at Westfield State University.
With their generous contribution, they hope to assist students who have lived in foster care at some point during their childhood, have financial need and are involved with FACES. The University is honored to offer this scholarship.
