Dan Doyle Memorial Scholarship

The scholarship is dedicated to the memory of Mr. Daniel Doyle who died in an automobile accident on Sept. 21, 1982. Dan graduated from Westfield State College in the spring of 1981. He was a member of both the Cross Country and Track Teams at Westfield State, achieving Massachusetts State College All Conference Honors in the 1500m run in 1979. Dan attended Springfield Technical High School where he participated in Cross Country and Track for three years. Applicant must be a rising Junior or Senior. Students who’ve attend high school in Springfield, MA are strongly encouraged to apply.

All applicants must fill out a brief questionnaire, and provide 2 letters of recommendation by persons (faculty, advisers, coaches etc.) who have known you for at least two years and are NOT related to you. Applicants must be in good academic standing.
