    • How have your studies in English distinctly shaped the way you see and understand the world and express your ideas to yourself and others? We strongly suggest that, rather than write vaguely, you should consider isolating a key idea, principle, or practice gleaned about literary analysis, writing practices, or a particular writer or genre to help you illustrate what influence English studies has had on you and your perspectives.
