Trustee Deanna Clark/175th Anniversary Scholarship

The Trustee Deanna L. Clark / 175th Anniversary Scholarship honors Trustee Deanna “Dee” Clark and celebrates Westfield State University’s commitment to civic-engagement. A longtime supporter of Westfield State University, Dee was a member of the Board of Trustees from 1995-2005, and chaired the Scholarship Committee of the Westfield State Foundation. In 1994, she received a Certificate of Honor for Service to the College, and in 2012, received an honorary Doctorate of Public Service as one of four recipients of the inaugural Horace Mann Award.

This memorial scholarship celebrates Dee’s unique contributions to the Westfield State University family and the community at large by recognizing a student who embodies her spirit of civic engagement through volunteerism and community service.

  • Applicants can be full-time Undergraduate student or CGCE undergraduate program at Westfield State University
  • Applicants must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Applicant must demonstrate a strong commitment to giving back to their community thru volunteer work, participation in clubs and service organizations or employment
  • Consideration will be given to students wishing to take part or who have taken part in service organizations that impact the world locally, regionally and/or globally
