Father John Dean Scholarship

Father John Dean has served Westfield State University Interfaith Center as Chaplin for 25 years. He has touched the minds and hearts of thousands of students on campus. In 2005 Father Dean retired and the WSU Foundation announced a campaign to raise dollars to establish a scholarship and name the University’s Dining Hall in his name.

The scholarship will be awarded to a Holyoke High School graduate(s) who will be attending Westfield State University. The student(s) must have graduated from Holyoke High School with at least a 3.0 grade average and been an involved member with High School Community Service.
